Phoenix Realty was started by a Christian couple in Cary back in the 1980's, when Cary was just a railroad stop with a few aged homes and I-40 was two lane road. In 2004, Phoenix Realty was purchased by Triangle Group Realty of Durham & Chapel Hill, run by Vincent Thai. The company continues to serve our community, representing home sellers and buyers in addition to providing local property management services to investors. Today, we serve most of Wake County (Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina), Orange County (Chapel Hill, Carborro, Hillsborough), and Durham County (mainly S.W Durham and North Durham). Our property management manages homes in all these areas. |

Vince Thai is the owner and principal partner at Phoenix Realty. He enjoys real estate investment and has done so for over 15 years. Vince took over the helm of Phoenix Realty in 2004 merging with Triangle Realty Group. Today, Phoenix Realty's core competency is in residential sales and investments. Prior to real estate, Vince held customer management, product management, business development, engineering, product development, and technical sales roles in network system, server hardware, software development at AT&T Bell Labs, Nortel Networks, IBM, and Alcatel. Michael Kelley joined Phoenix Realty on a part time basis as the Maintenance Supervisor in 2005. He is retired from IBM as an Engineering and New Products Manager after 31 years of service in South Florida and North Carolina. He attended Auburn University and is a U.S. Air Force and Vietnam Era veteran. He enjoys golf, bowling, and is an audio and home theater enthusiast when couch potato duty permits. |

Bill Segreve is a native of the greater Boston area but relocated to the Raleigh area when he and his wife decided they were tired of the high cost of cold living. Bill worked in the heating business in New England for seventeen years and was ready for something different when he got to Raleigh and got his real estate license. Bill enjoys both the property management and sales aspects of the Real Estate business. Bill is a Boston College Alumni and lives in Wake Forest with his family. |

She has a degree in Business Administration from Appalachain State University, and a background managing several small businesses around North Carolina. In her other life, Jamie designs an eco-friendly clothing line and loves to get outside with and spend time with her family, both near and far. |
